I think $10 is a reasonable amount to become a registered user of BibleBrowser. (If you'd like to register an organization the amount is $100. This covers any number of users in all locations of your organization within a 100 mile radius.)
To register simply open the Register program that accompanies BibleBrowser. Enter your name, email address, and payment information. Save or Copy or Print from the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi. (They handle my registrations.)
If paying with cash or US$ check you should print and send the output to the address shown on the form, which is:

If paying with a credit card you can use email or fax. For email you can either copy and paste into an email message, or save to a file and attach it to an email message. The address is sales@kagi.com. If you have a fax modem just print the data to the Kagi fax number +1 510 652-6589.
You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries. If you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US dollars from a US bank. (The conversion rate for non-US checks is around US$ 15 per check which makes them impractical!)
